Anatoly Tarabrin

director

Anatoly Tarabrin, was born on December 04, 1986 in the city of Azov, Rostov region.

In 2006 he graduated from the Rostov School of Culture with a specialization in director of Photography, in 2018 the Southern University (IUBiP) Faculty of Economics, in 2020 the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2020. He graduated from the Workshop of the author, editor-in-chief, producer at the School of the first channel. In 2021 he graduated from the Arka Film School at the Higher School of Economics, after which he entered the New York Film Academy (Los Angeles).

After graduating from academic art education, none of the professions attracted me as a film artist. The painter’s world is canvases and paints, the interior designer’s world is materials and furniture. The world of the production designer is an unlimited range of tasks! The embodiment of a visual idea from a line in the script to a specific object in the created scenery, the study of history, the cultural code of different countries, psychology, literature, theory and practice of construction, decoration, props, work in a creative team – the list can go on endlessly

Aleksej Zajkov

operator

Born on April 23, 1983 in Murmansk.

In 2010 he graduated from SPbGUKiT, the Faculty of Cinematography, specialty cinematography, workshop of Eduard Aleksandrovich Rozovsky, Alexander Viktorovich Chirov.

Since 2017, he has been a member of the Cinematographers’ Union. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Guild of Cinematographers.

As a cameraman, he supervised the process of filming films: Save Pushkin (2017), A Separate Assignment (2012), TV series: The Fifth Watch (2013), WASP (2013), The Time Limit (2015), etc.

PRIZES AND AWARDS

The best cinematography at the 2012 PROzglyad Film Festival was the film “Smile”.
